Outdoor Pizza Ovens
Wood-fired and gas pizza ovens built into stone or brick surrounds that turn every weekend into a pizza night.
- Fuel: Wood, gas, or both
- Heat: Up to about 800 F
- Timeline: 1 to 3 weeks
What it is, and why it works.
Nothing makes a backyard feel like a destination faster than a wood-fired oven glowing at dusk. At 800 degrees a pizza cooks in about ninety seconds, and the same oven roasts vegetables, bakes bread and cooks a Sunday chicken. Guests gather around, everyone gets a turn with the peel and it becomes the thing friends remember.
We build pizza ovens into masonry surrounds with a landing counter, wood storage and a proper chimney, or install modern gas models for quick lighting. Foundations, clearances and finishes are all planned so the oven looks like part of a Nashville outdoor kitchen, not a tacked-on accessory.
